01 — How it works
Our booking platform allows us to offer pick-ups at all major hotels within the City's core and the Ontario Northland Station. We can also pick you up or drop you off right at your door if you live or work in areas in close proximity to our route. If you're outside these areas or not staying at a hotel, no problem. We can arrange for a taxi to get you to a designated pick-up.
Currently we run 3 routes a day, 7 days a week, timed with the Air Canada arrivals at YSB. We schedule to be at the airport approximately 75-90 minutes prior to flights and depart approximately 20 minutes following arrival. Vehicle will wait at terminal in the event of any flight delays.
*We offer in-app pre-payment and accept all major card types, as well as Canadian currency, on-board.
**All airport trips include $3 collected on behalf of the airport.

02 — Booking
We offer lots of ways to book.
The easiest way to book your seat(s) is on our app. But you can also create an account and book online. Our call centre is also open 24/7/365 and able to take your booking over the phone. Although walk-ons are welcome, please keep in mind, space is limited. Book ahead to guarantee your seat. Although app and online bookings require credit card to book, seat purchases can be made on-board for walk-ons and phone bookings.
